My name is Sonah. I am a Scottish Pakistani jeweller living in Dumfries and Galloway, Scotland.
After my initial exposure to crafting a simple brass band while in Cambodia, I embarked on a journey in the world of jewellery making. I use jewellery to bridge my passion for hands on creativity and storytelling.
My ultimate goal is to create pieces that become cherished heirlooms. Each creation made with its own story as well as the ability to adopt others.

My Approach
My approach to making jewellery is old school. I like to take the bare bones, the grain, and melt it into ingots right here in my studio. I create all my wire and sheet metals from scratch. This cuts down on waste and gives me the personal pleasure of knowing anything I make, I make completely myself, using carbon-neutral methods.
